large lounge/dining area is very comfortable – opening to the large terrace with partially seaview and offering a couch area, wooden floors,
dining table, Sat TV (SKY TV), Stereo and air-con. The apartment has A/C for the summer
and Central Heating in the whole apartment for the long-term. The complex offers a community pool, You walk past the swimming pool
directly on to the beach making it very safe for children. Cala Vinyes is south west of the island the two biggest resorts
are Palma Nova and Santa Ponsa both a 10 minute drive. Palma is only 20 minute away with wonderful art, shopping and restaurants.

The beach of Cala Vinyas is very safe and secure for children with its shallow waters. The area
in general is a very safe place to spend your holiday. Shops, Bars and Restaurants are in easy walking
distance. The apartment is approx. a 25 minute
drive from the airport. Waterparks ( Aqualand Magaluf), Tennis, Two Major Golf Clubs, Puerto Portals
{exclusive harbour} with shops and wonderful restaurants all are only a 10 minute drive away.
