About us:
peass Iceland Vacation occurs in authority of the respective owners or managers solely as an intermediary. Nevertheless, we know all our holiday homes in person and therefore were able to convince them of the quality and facilities on site. Nearly all photos were taken by us and show the latest in recording equipment. The holiday houses and apartments are serviced by authorized (by owners or managers) employees on site and made available.

Booking procedure:
Bookings are made only online on this website. For general inquiries please fill out our inquiry form. For a binding reservation, then please send us the booking form. If you have made your booking you will receive within 1 to 2 business days of your booking with directions, and all of your contact data you need on site. When you confirm your booking we require a 10% - 20% deposit (per bank transfer or paypal), depending on the respective villa or apartment. The full balance of your booking is due at the same time that the key is handed over to the customer. You get a description of way to your resort, where you our local contact on Mallorca expected, who leads them then into the apartment/house and give the keys. He/She receives the remaining rent in cash (in exceptional advance bank transfer). All prices are quoted in EUROS.

Arrival:
There are no set arrival at / departure days. If your desired accommodation is available, you can easily keep your personal residence and the cheapest fares.

Payment, utilities and security deposit:
In general, rents are calculated on the accommodation more per night - regardless of the number of passengers (in exceptional cases, once a week). The amount for the final cleaning is included in the corresponding object description. If the number of persons above, also increase costs further to 10.00 EUR per person, due to extra costs in linens and towels. Incidental costs such as water, gas and electricity are already in Article condition of hire. Exception: Long-term bookings (up 4 weeks) and when they appear on the description of the accommodation, the separate charges extra. Handover of accommodation, time of stay and late check-out:
The apartment or house is cleaned usually only 1 days before arrival, so that you can purchase clean accommodation. The rental property on arrival day is available from 1pm and should be swept clean vacated no later than 10am on departure day, the garbage disposal and will be handed the keys by appointment. The delivery times can be adjusted to your flight details when booking is made no connection. An earlier check-in is free. If a late check-out is desired and not already covered by a day-to-day booking, this must be notified no later than at time of booking to be shot out subsequent days postings. The cost of an extended-day stay an extra amount to 30.00 EUR (except for high-priced accomodations), the maximum date time will be extended departure until 9pm.

General notes: The use of vacation property applies only to persons registered with the booking number. An overcrowding is charged with an additional allowance, or can be dismissed on the spot by our staff. Pets are only allowed if it is expressly agreed in the booking confirmation. The holiday homes /rentals are private apartments and houses, they are to the liking of their respective owners set up. The equipment can be simple and does not necessarily correspond to the north-european standard. Then it can occur sporadically in the south (especially in ground floor apartments /houses, directly on the seashore) that the accommodation is a destination for insects (especially ants attacked). Supreme Court ruling does a traveler in southern countries, even with a certain degree of vermin expect and accept it without compensation. We are always keen to disturb the tenant - to minimize the extent possible - to (possibly moving to other accommodation).
